Instead, we train and strengthen the muscles you need for running to ensure your body has the strength and endurance to carry you as a runner. The run program has been designed for you and will be given to you as your homework. We guide you through run/walk intervals using our safe and effective program to get you to the distance you’re training for.
Each week we will have an education portion as well as a strength workout. Each session will be approx. 1.5 hr long and minis are always welcome!
We will be training for the Run Wild 1/2 Marathon on May 6th in St. Albert.
