Join us for Hot Mama’s 12-week run program designed for the beginner/intermediate runner….The best part about our run group, we don’t run!
Instead, we train and strengthen the muscles you need for running to ensure your body has the strength and endurance to carry you as a runner. The run program has been designed for you and will be given to you as your homework. We guide you through run/walk intervals using our safe and effective program to get you to the distance you’re training for.

Each week we will have an education portion as well as a strength workout. Each session will be approx. 1.5 hr long and minis are always welcome!

We will be training for The Run Wild race on May 6th in St. Albert.
